This mod is provided by Trevor N. (Aragorn, CPF # 561).

All these are are 2 or 3 LEDs in series attached to 9V connector caps available at RadioShack. That's pretty much it. Drill out the cap to fit the LEDs and solder in place. Attach to a 9v battery to turn on, disconnect to turn off.

This is similar to my very first ever mod. I attached an amber LED to a switch and soldered it all directly on a 9v battery. Suprisingly the LED never blew!
